Consumer guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), consumers are entitled to remedies when goods or services fail to meet consumer guarantees. This includes services we provide such as website builds and maintenance.

Where a failure is minor, we may offer to rectify the issue. For major failures, you may be entitled to a refund or a repeat of services.

If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, we will assess and offer remedies in accordance with ACL. Refunds are processed after verification; third-party costs may be deducted when applicable.

Our standard warranty for delivered websites covers defects arising from our work for 30 days unless specified otherwise in a contract. Extended maintenance packages are available.

Contracts with consumers cannot include unfair terms under Australian law. If you believe a term is unfair, contact us to discuss resolution.

Privacy & Data Handling

We collect and process personal data to provide services, manage projects, and for billing. Our detailed Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, retention periods and your rights. See Privacy Policy for full details.

Data transfers outside Australia are only performed in compliance with applicable law and with safeguards.
